These are the scarves I’m making for the two amazing people who wrote my rec letters for college. I still don’t know what I’m doing for the third person, but it’s going to be amazing.

And yes, I am knitting with crayons.

Finished this a few months ago…but was too lazy to upload pics :S

Stop weaving in ends!

sherlockcat:

Dudes. This link has 10 join methods so you don’t have to weave in ends on knitting or crochet.

I’m doing #2, the back join, on the poncho I’m making. I figure the whole project is really a practice run of various techniques so far so why not add this in too to try out!

It is amazing. <3

Here’s My Winter Break Project!

I still have to sew the side seams a little higher, because it’s not hugging the top of my body as well as I thought. The straps are a little too thick, and long, but I’m too lazy to redo them. I’m very happy with the way the front turned out, but not so much with the back.

Right now, I’m going to focus on the growing number of unfinished projects I have. So expect more posts within the next few weeks!

I can’t drink alcohol yet, so I’ll probably get some milk or something. Looking forward to watching all the LOTR movies this winter break.

Here is my Loki (not bunny) with detachable helmet!! When I first made the Loki Bunny, I thought he looked better not as a bunny (the ears made him a bit awkward) but I continued to make him a bunny because it would be discrimination if he were a bunny and the other Avengers weren’t. So then I made another Loki with a detachable helmet this time so we can also admire his beautiful hair. The pattern is basically the same as the Loki bunny, just without the ears and tail, the helmet is different, and there is more hair. Here is the post to the pattern.

Proud South African/Ghanaian who loves to crochet! Feel free to look through my stuff, comment, or give suggestions on future projects. Note: I might occasionally have things that have nothing to do with crochet. Fear not, they are simply things I'm passionate about, or find funny :) Thanks, Love ya!
